Double Lane ROTARY Packaging Machine
Our custom rotary filling machine will automatically place pre-formed food product in a rotating index table and fill product up to 24 ounces. Our custom food packaging machine will place a pre-cut tamper foil cover on the container and heat seal it.
SPEED: 40-60 cups per minute, depending on product.
FOOTPRINT: 30 in X 30 in, approximately.
The Edgepack Rotary filler is a two lane machine with tamper evident foil pull seal.
Station #1 The machine automatically will dispense one container at a time from a nested stack. One in each lane, placing two containers total.
Station #2 The piston filler will take a set amount of product and draw it up into the piston chamber, then deposit it into the cup.
Station #3 The automatic vacuumed pickup will take one pre-cut foil tamper evident seal from a stack and place it on top of the filled container.
This rotary filling packaging machine is a portable six station dial, with foil heat seal and dual double filling capacity. The dual fill option would allow, for example, yogurt and strawberries in the same container. Foods that can be proceeded include: yogurt, cottage cheese, barbeque (BBQ) sauce, applesauce, water, coffee cream, and sauces. (we can pack anything that's liquid)
