EdgePack offers a custom liquid food rotary filling and packaging machine design. We will design, build and integrate with your packaging equipment and processing facility.
Our standard Edgepack double lane rotary filling machine includes two container dispensers, two fillers, two foil lid pick and place, two tamper-evident heat seals, one container size configuration, automatic container eject, no container = no fill or foil placement. This is a rotary two lane machine in a footprint size of 30" x 30" and 72" tall at its highest point. It can reach a product output of 40 to 60 + containers per minute.
There are an assortment of fillers available for use with the following: slurry products, such as salsa, yogurts, sour cream, puddings, jams, shampoos and liquid products such as water and juices. It can also be used for some medical filling. Tamper foil seals are applied using induction sealing. These seals provide tamper evidence, prevent the ingress of moisture and oxygen, eliminate leakages and prolong product freshness.
Over 30 years of experience has gone into the evolution of this work. This machine is operator friendly and also friendly to maintain. We offer expert service work on all of the above areas as well as special machining, fabrication, facility relocation and assembly capability.
